Mezcal Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej

Just tasty. A little bit of burn at the end.

Very smoke forward.

On the nose there are minerals, lime, earth, vanilla, greenery, stone fruit, smoke, wood and agave. Exceptionally smooth; rich, with flavors of char, lime, confectioner’s sugar, smoke, earth, and black pepper. At the finish quite dry with some spice and an ashy flavor. Overall rich, warm, full-flavored, and I’m guessing fairly accessible for someone new to mezcal.

Clear. Strong smoke, vegetal, saline. Slightly sweet, bright tartness, stone, slight cream, citrus. Medium body, mild burn, smoke finish. Pleasant, straightforward mezcal. Alcohol 44%
