Nose - Tobacco, cherry, oak. Palate - Cherry and oak straight shooter. Some black raspberry and red raspberry. Finish - Oak cinnamon black cherry and bright raspberry. Long finish, really nice.

Chocolate, cherry, leather, and toffee. Medium finish. Smooth, subtle and complex.

Evolves over the tongue. Structured tannin, crsmy flavor

Pour: Burnt honey, glencairn Nose: Faint orange, cocoa, slight malt, a lot of minor notes, nothing is taking main stage. Pretty complex nose. Taste: Buttercream initially, slight heat but mellows quickly. The oak and age is certainly present on the finish, but it does fade fast. Theres a peppery tingle, like a sichuan peppercorn at the back of the tongue. Overall: Its an initial burst of flavors that take several sips to discover as the finish is quick. With a complex nose, I wanted more from the taste, but still a pleasant pour.

Clear burnt orange color. Nose of sorghum syrup, brown sugar, faint peaches, vanilla, rosin, oak, and some cool spearmint. Pleasantly woody palate (age statement 13 years), with noticeable heat (55.52% ABV) which leads to spicy cinnamon red hots before finishing with coconut and vanilla. N.B. All spirits tasted neat in a Glencairn glass.
