Novo Fogo Tanager Cachaça

Cranberry, blackberry juice nose. Mike and Ike candies. Blackberry and cherry syrup. Takes a bit for the bade spirit to come through, but it shows in the finish. More of an interesting experience than a standard cachaça to drink.

Fun and unique to try on its own but definitely better in cocktails.

This stuff is absolutely fantastic

Apple cider on the nose. On the palate more apple cider, cinnamon stick, red hots. Lingers on the palate. Nice cold weather dram.

My first Cachaca. Tastes like spiced raw honey.
