Tasted February 17, 2021Very smoky on the nose, with some peat, and leather. Smoke, brine, light fruits, bold peat, & spices on the palette. The finish is moderate, hot, briney, and peaty, with a slight medicinal aftertaste. Water is not good with this, it adds a sour note. -

Tasted December 16, 2020On the nose, sweet, earthy peat. Like, really sweet. On the palate, sweet vanilla, apple, pear, cinnamon, honey. The finish is mostly phenol smoke. -

Tasted December 5, 2020The best expression of a peated scotch. The peat for being extremely high is very well balanced. Lots of lingering sweetness. Beautiful.
