Spices to the nose with a hint of vanilla. On the tongue, taste of black tea, additional spice with a hot finish, representative of proof with an apparent rye taste that is stronger than is represented in the mash bill.

Maple syrup covered pancakes on the nose. Exciting aroma but followed by a little bit more biting initial flavors. Pleasant but the finish dissipated more quickly than I was expecting. Overall enjoyable but not making my top 10.
