Reviewed March 9, 2024A really fascinating and good expression of the style. True bourbon call really does sound the flavor out and add dimension in a complementary way. -

Reviewed February 25, 2024Flaviar advent calendar day #19 Nose: creamy vanilla, toffee, citrus zest, honey. Hints of cinnamon and light chocolate. Mildly sweet caramel. Just the slightest hint of cereal Palate: zesty, orange, creamy sweet vanilla. Definitely a dessery whisky. Honeyed malt, some peppery spice. Light oak toast. A very slight chocolate note. Sweet yet bright and lively. Finish: candied sweetness fades into a warm pleasant oak with a mild spice -

Reviewed February 4, 2024This whiskey reminds of a glencairn glass of candy for adults. Sweet smells of butterscotch, Werthers hard candy but then it shifts. The scents began to feel like a Rum. Warm tropical notes, mixed in with lemon zest, banana, peppery spice. The taste is gentle and subtle with heat from the cinnamon that pleasantly lingers. A good solid whiskey that would be beginner friendly. -

Reviewed January 9, 2024Honey and cinnamon stewed apples on the nose. The palate has rich baking spices. Warming in the mouth for a velvety feel. The finish brings a whole dish of stewed apples, pears, and slice of bread pudding. Delicious!
