Pike Creek 10 Year Rum Barrel Finish

This is a great rye … awesome full flavour … definitely my favourite. Sweet notes … a nice balance of smoke and sweet!

For the price its a must! Taste like cognac chateau montifault la petite chamapagne! Enjoy

A little hot but this is a delicious whiskey. The rum barrel brings out a sweetness that balances well with the wood and raisin.

Not a strong flavor

Nose: Vanilla and toffee with dried fruit hiding in the background. Palate: Seemingly endless waves of butterscotch, vanilla shows through with some water. Finish: Even more vanilla, sweetness from the rum barrel rounds out the dram nicely. One of the few rum barrel whiskies I enjoy, still continues to be solid for the price.
