Reviewed February 21, 2015 (edited August 12, 2015)This is a very exciting Single Pot Still. Beautiful ex-bourbon influence, excellently aged with a vanilla return from the oak. Perfect ABV, mature cereal and still lively and fresh. Rich. Silky, spice finish with cream. Sparkles on the tongue. Redbreast has competition.
