TastedSweet at first followed by a kick of nutmeg and clove. The rich vanilla compliments the oakiness upon first taste and last for some time after. A delicious Irish Single Pot with lots of class. -

TastedNose: vanilla first, then biscuity, raisins, warming spices. Gets spiky easily, when I inhaled bit more deeply. Sometimes very fruity (citrus juice, orange marmelade). Roasted grain. Palate: more friendly, starts sweet, fruity then warming spices getting dominant, bit tart at the end. Finish: medium, dry, cloves, nuts. I enjoyed the palate and finish more than the nose, due to the spikyness on the nose. Watering it down helped to soften it on the nose. Really complex stuff. Tasting vs Green Spot. Green Spot is much more fruity, Powers is more earthy, leathery. On palate more oaky, more spicy.Maglód -
