Better with a little water

Grain nose. Super strong honey flavor, the barley/wheat flavor, and then barrel burn. Love the strength vs the honey, it's rich and fiery. Lovely.

I don't usually venture this high in proof but this is a solid cask bourbon and it has a nice flavor and drinkability compared to some other high proof ones I've tried.
