Sazerac Rye

It’s an incredibly normal rye good for mixing or sipping neat. On the nose you can still detect the scent of the raw rye grain and the palate is sweet and spicy with some traces of wood and metal. I’d even say it’s somewhat tawney. It’s hard to mess rye up.

A nice balance of charred oak, black cherry, burnt sugar and black pepper. Goes down real smooth.
