Sazerac Rye

Very different experience than my first time with sazerac. Way more cherry than I remembered. Very smooth. Still has the the peppery rye flavor and some herbaciousness. A little dill stands out too.

Aroma of cherry and hickory wood, leather, and pipe tobacco. Subtle finish. Would definitely want this in my rotation.

Spice forward (which is expected given its Rye), with notes of cherry and vanilla. Nothing in the mix seems to overpower. Relatively smooth and nice to sip.
