Reviewed August 31, 2020In Fantasy Football I’d call this one a sleeper - this has all the notes I’m looking for in a 95% Rye. It has a bright and lively nose followed by a nice, moderate mouthfeel. The flavors are in the minty/herbal realm but also lean into spice that creeps into the finish. -

Reviewed August 7, 2020 (edited October 15, 2020)Aroma: sweet vanilla and cinnamon. Simple yet stronger than I expected for the proof Flavor: sweetness with a little cinnamon and a touch of oak. It's quite this and the finish is almost non existent. Overall: Not something I would enjoy neat but is a good cocktail mixer
