Tasting Notes
"This rum is light amber in color, with notes of banana bread, roasted pineapple and butterscotch on the notes. Its got a slight viscosity on the palate. While it has a pleasant, vanilla-flecked flavor, it's is not as full of depth as its aroma suggests. There's a mild fruitiness and funk, as well as a fade into bitterness that lingers on the tongue. This would work nicely in cocktails, like a Daiquiri or Old Fashioned."
