Neat. Very pale straw color. Aroma of fruity agave, earth, slight vegetal, oak, and citrus. Taste is cooked fruity agave, green herbs (mint, tarragon, anise), some oak, vanilla, spice(cinnamon and black pepper), caramel. Finish has some sweetness with some bitter herbs Overall. Nicely balanced with the barrel flavors not masking the fruity agave notes. Lots of flavors to explore as it opens up

Great daily sipper. Lots of cooked agave and citrus, just a hint of oak from brief aging. The finish is long enough and very clean.
