Macallan Double Cask 12 Year

Nose: Balanced with oak, honey, and a bit of citrus. Palate: Smooth, with caramel, dried fruit, and a touch of wood spice. Finish: Medium and warm, with lingering sweetness and oak.

Smooth; however, the 15 is more interesting.

Nose: Vanilla, caramel, plums, chocolate Palate: apples, oak, vanilla Finish: Plums, oak, chocolate Excellent sherry whiskey and very tasty for its abv. Too expensive for its worth though.
