Honestly not so different from a standard macallan 12 year

Caramel, fruit, light smokey tones

A- amber +2, high viscosity N- sweet (honey, toffee, milk chocolate, brûlée) fruity (orange, raisins, plums, apricots), barley, wet oak P- elegant spicy arrival, full, rich, oily, sweet ( Milk chocolate, caramel, cream brûlée, vanilla), licorice, fruity (oranges all over the place, raisins, plums), walnuts, barley, wet oak F- medium to long finish, sweet-fruity- oaky aftertaste ( chocolate and oranges still lingering ) C- ok somehow I feel I'm going to get some push back from my fellow distillers here, I'm not a Macallan fan because I believe they are overpriced and I believe there are better options out there with good fair market value BUT this one at this ABV it's good, elegant, smooth and tasty

Lots of Sherry on the nose. Aroma is intoxicating not meant as a pun Fruit Oak Carries through to the palate as well as the finish which is long and tasty Solid 4/5 Ideally if there was such a score I would rate this a 4.12/5
