Two Stacks The First Cut Irish Whiskey

Pretty easy to drink with lots of tropical flavors and vanilla. Good summer dram!

Tropical fruits and spice on the nose. These translate to the palate as well. It is pleasantly sweet. The sherry notes in the finish make a nice balance.

It's good, but not my jam. A little peaty. Some nutty, vanilla, and fruity notes.

Burnt molasses, green apples, freshly cut grass on the nose. Fairly complex tastes for a blend, the peat addition really rounds out the flavour. Sweet, spicy, would work as a dram or a mixer.

Smells like cedar. A bit sweet. Cherry?
