Two Stacks The First Cut Irish Whiskey

A little more bite than I prefer given the described flavor profile. Enjoyed it nonetheless.

Sweet start. Peaty after

Vanilla apple custard on the nose. The palate is tart and fresh with a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is peppery. A little water helps to bring out more vanilla and fruit and make the finish a little less peppery.

Light gold. Wven yellow. Fruity nose Smooth! Fruity. Even honey.

I got apple and vanilla on the nose. Was very harsh so added a rock which brought out vanilla, butterscotch, green apple, and orange flavors. From the Flaviar advent calendar.

Light and sweet. A bit of a long after burn.
