Reviewed March 5, 2022 (edited January 13, 2024)Very light copper color, herbal nose, dill. Very smooth, not sweet, more botanical and dill, a slight candy flavor on the finish which is medium, but overall for a 2 year whiskey, very well done. -

Reviewed May 29, 2021 (edited January 13, 2024)Eye:Honey Nose:light hint of caramel Palate:Cinnamon,clove,caramel I find this rye to be light on the scents and flavors I find enjoyable in rye whiskey. This one comes across a bot young, a bit astringent. The hint of baking spice and caramel is far too fleeting. The finish leaves you with a hint of bitterness that isn’t too pleasant. I recommend trying this in a bar before buying a bottle.
