Nose: theres some salinity here, some umami type scent. Fig a bit of cherry, date. A tiny floral note on the nose. Finn says it smells like candy Palate: sherry is definitely here, brings earthiness. Strong wood notes, i think i am tasting a zing/spice/sharpness from the mizunara. slight cinnamon spice. Deep beautiful fruit notes. Slight vanilla. Has a slight taste of petrichor/fresh rain. Finish: oily and lingering, slight rubber. Drying.
