Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select
Tennessee — Tennessee, USATastedIt's quite similar to the Jack they used to make before the whole 40% deal... And then some more. It packs a heavy punch, with the unmistakable Jack taste. But there are more subtle notes than the regular one, and each bottle is slightly different. A favorite.
Glenfiddich 12 Year
Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandTastedMy whisky history divides between before and after Glenfiddich. It's the right amount of smooth, with a sweet notes of its own. It's quite complex, and it reveals new things at a second, third taste and so on. Somehow it manages to be more interesting than the older ones. Definitely a favorite.
Chivas Regal Mizunara
Blended — ScotlandTastedRegular Chivas is decent enough. But mizunara wood creates a category of its own. Definitely worth a try.
