It's quite similar to the Jack they used to make before the whole 40% deal... And then some more. It packs a heavy punch, with the unmistakable Jack taste. But there are more subtle notes than the regular one, and each bottle is slightly different. A favorite.

My whisky history divides between before and after Glenfiddich. It's the right amount of smooth, with a sweet notes of its own. It's quite complex, and it reveals new things at a second, third taste and so on. Somehow it manages to be more interesting than the older ones. Definitely a favorite.

Regular Chivas is decent enough. But mizunara wood creates a category of its own. Definitely worth a try.

A nice smell of herbs. A smooth taste at first, that gets bolder right after. A nice long-lasting Johnson... aftertaste.
