A balanced, Rum from Guatemala made with local sugar cane, fermented with a proprietary yeast strain, then aged in ex-bourbon, European oak & ex-rum barrels before 25 different blends are used to create this expression. It has an aromatic birth with notes of nuts, honey, chocolate, dark brown sugar, fruit, hints of smoke & pipe tobacco; while a rich & elegant life adds notes of dried fruits, anise, oak & molasses; that leads to balanced death of medium length with hints of vanilla, coffee & honey. A complex, Blended Caribbean Rum made from 40% Guyanan pot & column stilled aged 3 to 5 years, 20% Guyana pot & column still that’s un-aged, 35% pot & column stilled aged 5 years, & 5% Jamaican pot stilled aged 3 years; bottled at 46.2% ABV. by Sukhinder Singh founder of Black Tot. He tacked down a few of original British Navy flagons from collectors, sampled the contents, & had them scientifically analyzed. He modeled their flagship Black Tot Rum after the original navy dram that conquered the world. It has an aromatic birth with notes of molasses, banana over a touch of espresso, dark chocolate & anise; while an oily & tropical island life adds notes of old wood, banana, mango, pineapple, salt-water taffy, hints of more coffee & cocoa; that leads to a long & off-dry death. It has an aromatic birth with notes of banana, apricot, fresh flowers & vanilla; while a thick & tart life adds notes of fruit, toasted oak, smoke, herbs & spices; that leads to a warm & spicy death with notes of oak, honey & lemon. March 2021

An intense, Dark Rum by Master Distiller Allen Smith for Mount Gay Distilleries Ltd in Barbados; getting its name from the deeply charred finishing casks. It’s a cross section of Mount Gay Rums aged between 3 & 7 years with more than 1/2 of the Spirit dripping off double pot stills & the rest coming from the column stills. All of the Rum was aged in American Whiskey barrels. After marrying, the Rum was finished in ex-Bourbon casks & bottled at 43% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of Rum-raisin cream, vanilla toffee, allspice & a hint of brown butter; while a bold life adds notes of gingerbread, toffee, cinnamon & cracked pepper; that leads to a long rich & spicy death. A complex, Blended Dark Rum by Master Distiller Allen Smith for Mount Gay Distilleries Ltd in Barbados distilled in both a pot & column still; then aged between 5 & 17 years in a combination of cask types: ex-Bourbon, ex-Whiskey & ex-Cognac; before being bottles at 43% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of flamed orange zest, mulling spice & humidor; while a delicate & creamy life adds notes of mango, raw cane, plantain, cloves & warm oak; that leads to a warm & spicy death of medium length with notes of pepper & toffee. March / April / December 2021

It has an aromatic birth with notes of notes of fruits, wood, herbs & spices; while a full & complex life adds notes of dried & yellow fruits, toffee, vanilla; that leads to a rich death of medium length with notes of caramel & tobacco. December 2021

A rich, Aged Rum sourced from the West Indies, Dominican Republic, Guyana. Trinidad & Panama; aged for a minimum of 8 to 15 years in ex-bourbon, whiskey & Armagnac casks. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruits, wood, herbs & spices; while a full & complex life adds notes of roasted sugar cane, raisins, dark molasses, allspice; that leads to a rich death of medium length with notes of sherry, caramel, tobacco, oak & smoke. December 2021

A rich, limited batch, aged Afro-Carribean Rum that is a collaboration between Barbados' Foursquare, aged in American white oak & Gray's Distillery of Mauritius, aged in French limousine oak & Cognac casks. It's then married in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at Foursquare & bottled at 43% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of buttery oak, marmalade on toast, chocolate truffle & dried berries; while a rich life adds notes of chocolate, oak, butterscotch & ginger; that leads to a balanced death of medium length with notes of sweet pepper, anise, oak, juicy raspberry, orange oil & caraway.
