Drank some absinthe as a reference spirit. Tasting this after, still seems young malty but I’m open to trying an older ex bourbon glen goyne. Might have nice coconut notes that are hiding here under the youth. An 18 yr might be like laphroaig 25’s fruity notes or balvenie tun. Worth considering at some point.
