    big herbal and (slightly bitter) cucumber. this Gin has a well balanced composition. while I enjoyed it straight, I don't think a Gin & Tonic is the best fit for this gin.

    wow! this is the highest proof whiskey I've tried and was a ton of fun to enjoy. first sip is a bomb of intense flavors and moderate alcohol burn. I added a significant amount of water and enjoyed all the flavors this whiskey has to offer. excellent mouthfeel with a medium to long finish. its addictive but only after you add water

    2010 edition. this is a phenomenal whiskey, and hands down one of the best bang for your buck options out there. I recently compared this one with Elijah Craig barrel strenght and found the Evan Williams more approachable. highly underrated

    this is a unique whiskey, but an excellent one if you enjoy unique flavors. apples on the nose and palate are present at all times. great "different" whisky. if you are able to find a bottle of this bottle, grab it!

    interested powerful mezcal at an entry-level price point. it's a mezcal with character and I can imagine it would go well in cocktails. it may be a bit rough for people new to mezcal, however it can definitely inject some good mezcal notes to cocktails

    I revised my original notes to give this tequila a 4.5 point score. this is hands down the best budget blanco I have tried that manages to make great cocktails and let's you enjoy it if you incline for a sipping tequila. on the palate it has typical tequila notes while keeping the burn to a very minimum (surprising at this price point)

    butterscotch and vanilla flavor notes. very smooth,. while it may lack some character for cocktails, this same quality makes it an excellent tequila for sipping. initial note on the palate is that of a traditional high quality añejo, however things immediately change to a smooth creamy mouthfeel

    herbal notes on the nose, palate is actually rather smooth. strong initial vegetal impression, and shocks with a sweet mid palate taste. medium finish but makes you want to try some more. this is not a smokey mezcal, and definitely top 3 in my stock
