Tastes

I really like OF, but not this so much. Tastes cheap, and I never would have guessed it was a rye. Bad bottle?

Mmmm. This one is tasty. Fruits, spice, vanilla, rye - all balanced nicely. Not thin. $30 well spent.

Rich, seeet, and oaky. A bit of spice and fruit. Definitely getting the corn and some nuttiness. Nice finish. A little water tanrs the proof and sweetems it further. Something about the taste profile that is not up my alley (too nutty I think), but overall it's pretty darn good. Barrel proof and price just sweetens the deal.

Nose: Musty oak, cinnamon vanilla. Taste: More of the same, but not as refined as the nose. Nutty biterness aftertaste. $21. No complaints.

Corn, apple, butterscotch, but all seem to be fighting each other a bit.

Mine is 86 proof. Didn't think much of it at first, but here I am two months later trying it again and enjoying it. Nose is very light, but pleasant; taste is herbal and spice, a tad of sweetness; finish nice and spicy.

Burnt sugars, orange and subtle honey. Works nicely together.

The rye and sweet combine is sublime.
