    I’m not an Irish whiskey drinker so a little limited here. Over all a nice flavor. A little heat buildup which slowly dissipates. Flavor is hard to pinpoint but pleasant.

    An excellent rye! Straight neat it is full of flavor! It starts to warm then backs off nicely for a good and clean finish. Just a touch of dryness on that cooldown but that just fades away as your glands take in all this rye has to offer!

    Nice and smooth with a very light presentation. Kinda hard to pinpoint a set of flavors as nothing is extremely present. A very enjoyable bourbon and maybe a second bottle will be more revealing. I had Barrel No. 93 and Story No. 262.

    A smoky scotch for sure. I thought the peat was going to overtake but it backs off nicely. Overall a very smooth dram. Can’t quite place the flavors that linger but like the trailing smokiness.

    Let’s start with the fact that I’m not a hige fan of peaty Scotch. This kicks off with a slight bit of peat that gives way to a more smoky and woody flavor which I am finding very appealing. Working hard to find the right words as this tapers off but I’ll just have ti try a wee bit more…😏…

    Wow! As smooth as it gets… almost too smooth!LOL Seriously a very nice whisky. Very suttle hints of fruit and the port cask influence builds towards the end but never overpowers. One I’m gonna keep on the shelf.

    As blends go not anbad choice at all! Nice and smooth throughout. Just a peak of peat that nudges your tastebuds but then slips away with much impact. Nice, clean finish.

    Nice smooth 12 year. A very pleasant flavor lingers right after the initial savor on the tongue. It hangs gracefully and slowly tapers to a nice clean taste in your mouth.
