Nice bourbon with a lot of ginger, caramel, and tobacco notes. Nice and easy, not much burn. Light and airy

Equal parts rye, wheat, corn, and barley. Lots of dried fruit, honey, almond flavor. Actually very nice as you get used to the strange mix of flavors

Terrible. Needs to be aged haha. This is Last Feather Rye before it gets barreled.

Actually very nice! Had in-house during lunch 12/19/21 on way back from Journeyman. 70% corn 25% wheat 5% rye. Just enough rye spice!

Received from Flaviar (12/2021). Nose is VERY subtle, can barely smell anything - not Covid! lol. Taste is also very light and subtle but finished with stewed fruits and a touch of port with a little rye burn at the back. The last drop tasted like bread lol

Was gifted a bottle from Justin Kurk at his wedding rehearsal dinner. Smells like opening a new box of chocolates. Deep flavor, not sure how to describe so I’ll let this review take over: “Enticing oak and vanilla aromas are joined by a hint of black cherry. The palate is deep and complex, opening with plenty of oak integrated with vanilla, drying espresso and cayenne heat. Adding water tames the fire, bringing out more vanilla and black cherry.”

McKinley bought this as part of a Traverse City variety pack for passing my OCE. Nose is bursting with cherry as soon as it is poured from the bottle. Taste is SOOO smooth - almost too smooth with a burst of cherry that almost tastes like a cherry kool-aid or a cherry punch. Not much bite to it and not much flavor beyond the obvious cherry. Okay, but not what I was in the mood for.

One of my favorites. Justin Kurk bought it for me at his bachelor party and we had it all this weekend at his wedding. Fantastic mashbill of 52% corn 35% rye and 13% barley. This time the barley stuck out to me much more - smoothing things over and giving this a fantastic mouthfeel that fades into a slow caramel/rye peppercorn spice

083 barrels used. Great nose of peppercorn and vanilla. Taste is a crisp and sharp rye with woody (not “oakey”) flavor. Bought on discount rack at Belmont Bev up on Main and Cleveland rd.

Actually pretty nice. McK got me a gift set with a 200 mL bottle for passing the OCE. Smells nicely of vanilla and oak. Tastes pretty simple with soft rye spice. Unexciting but very good! MGP blended
