strangely flat aroma given the flavor that pops once you actually sip. big on stone fruit like apricot. also a nice spice to keep you honest. finishes quite smoothly.

what the hell is going on? nose of sugary sweetness. almost cloying. like grape otter pops. thin on the tongue. tea-like. medicinal cherry and cotton candy.

wow. smokey aroma is a bit daunting, but amazingly tempered in flavor. apple wood smoke. cross between bacon and apple pie. a bit salty/briney at the beginning, followed by oak.
