Rich, raisiny nose, briney sweet spice & yep, a little bit of peat! Awesome

Oily, quite rich, very faint peat. A goodie

Sweet but fairly rounded otherwise. Minty finish

I feel like this warrants closer to a four star rating, but it’s not quite a four for me, so... somehow marries both smoothness & intense spice (yep, cinnamon & white pepper). A bit of fruit on the nose, but more honey & vanilla on the palate - so probably closer to a Highland rather than an Irish as some have suggested, as there’s not much of that deep fruitiness you get with a decent Irish. Bloody good all up, but stylistically not what I’d typically go for, tbh

So much sweet fruit it’s almost like an Irish. Delicious
