Awesome nose, it’s like a salted Carmel chocolate. More on the savory side. A hint of smoke in the back, probably from the Yoichi malt. More subtle barley flavor at the end but still good.

Very sweet and vanilla flavor on the nose. Strong syrup aromas. Sweet vanilla ice cream flavor. A little bitter on the end, and the barley flavor is minimal. Which is ok.

Sweet and salty nose. Not as sweet as the Miyagikyo. More smoke on the end with a barley flavor. Love it.

Sweet floral nose with a little salt and a hint of peat. Light taste. Aromatic. Barley aftertaste. Like it a lot.

My favorite peated whisky so far. Exactly like the description; super smoky but balanced by sweetness. Low petrol taste which is nice. Need to buy a bottle.
