Nose: caramel, gingerbread Palate: corn, brown sugar, creme brûlée Finish: oaky Good stuff. A bit harsh but nice classic bourbon flavors.

Nose: apples, bananas, alcohol Palate: light spice, caramel, and oak Finish: short and sweet I think this is smoother than their regular straight bourbon but not as flavorful. It’s not bad but it’s just not very complex.

Nose: apple, brown sugar, menthol Palate: syrupy, fruity cola Finish: spicy Not terrible but for me this falls into the category of ryes that resemble cough syrup which isn’t my favorite.

Brown sugar, dill, spice, and barrel char. Not bad but a bit too much dill for my taste. Has a nice richness to it though.
