WhistlePig Old World Cask Finish Rye 12 Year
Rye — Indiana (bottled in Vermont), USA
Reviewed April 14, 2019 (edited July 28, 2019)It's interesting and unique. Thick and chewy mouthfeel. The smell is wonderful and complex. Taste is wine forward with notes of oxidization. Taste is dry and smoky. The rye whiskey comes through in the finish. I didn't love this when I first opened it but revisiting it after some time I have decided to increase my score slightly.100.0 USD per Bottle -
