Spice hits up front immediately followed by sweet vanilla mid palate and slight charred oak on finish that lingers a bit. Very smooth and slightly heavy mouthfeel. Very good drink. Would order again.

Honey colour - light on nose and palate - pick up honey, dried fruit and fall spices on the nose - notes on the palate are balanced well and complement each other. No note is overpowering. All flavor notes come together mid palate and finishes with oak and chocolate. Very light and smooth finish. Very good!

For a double.oak, not a lot of oak comes through on the palate. Lots of oak and sweetness on the nose. Light carmel in color suggests a young age of 2-4 years. Spice comes through on front palate and lingers throughout. Slight sweetness comes through on finish. This was a gift so not sure of cost, would not purchse., but drink again if offered.

I am enjoying this spirit. My sweet tooth is loving this sweet wheat. Bery smooth for 107+. The pour is a dark caramel color. Nose reaks of caramel and spices. On the palate the sweerness dissipates quickly into a heated spice mid palate ending in a rather smooth finish for a high proof, but the finish was not long.

Harmony…perfect expression of all blends playing well together to provide a well balanced, smooth and not overpowering pour. Everything about this was light, in a giid way. The color was light amber, nose light and flowery with hints of hiney and oak, palate was met initially with a bit of honey followed with light oak char mid palate and finished with a little smoke and citrus. For a bourbon lover this is a great diversion!

Exactly as advertised, nothing more or less. No strong profile of any notes on nose, tongue, or finish. Not a bad drink if your looking for something a little lighter. Kinda like craft beer v light beer!
