Dark chocolate and plum and port on the nose, which carries through to the pallet. Healthy burn from the over proof, but with wonderful buttery tones from the American Oak. Overall mellow dram with sweet undertones. Perfect after dinner, or with a mellow cigar.

Wonderful. Smooth with a full mouth feel. Delicate floral notes transform into a warming spice before leaving you with the lasting earth of familiar peat.

Buttery buttery oak. Warm notes of vanilla and a smooth finish. Great value sipper, or for use in bourbon forward cocktails.

Love the nose. Ripe banana followed by carmel, cinnamon and oak. The 68% is tough to tame, and even once you do the cinnamon that remains continues the burn. Slow sipper for sure.

The rum barrel aging is definitely apparent on the palette. Thick mouth feel with a warming burn at the finish. Hints of honey and banana on the nose, along with a powerful sense of the proof.
