This one tastes like oak. The nose reminds me of splitting logs when I was a kid and that continues with the flavor. Lots of oak and vanilla with the typical bourbon sweetness here. Nice expression, I save for special occasions

Rocket fuel! It was a bit challenging to get past the high ABV on this one and a bit of water or ice definitely helped cool it down so the spiciness and complexity could shine through. Made an amazing Old Fashioned!
