Complex, a lot of flavors going on. Different than most ryes, but in a good way. Full, rich, carmel-ish. Almost chewable. Hard to describe... But hard to resist...

Spicy meets sweet in a delicate dance of deliciousness. Burns with a pepperyness but still manages to be smooth. Hits well at the back of the tongue with a dry vanilla.

Smells like the forest floor in a good way. Blooms almost immediately but gives way to a cavalcade of flavors as it lingers on the tongue. Perfect for sipping straight or for a complex G&T.
