On the nose is sweet wheat bread, vanilla extract, creamy caramel and oak wood with a hint of cinnamon. - To the palate it is very sweet with a light wood spice, red candy apple, sweet vanilla, caramel sauce, sweet corn and soft wood notes coating the palate in its syrupy mouthfeel. - The finish has a hint of dry oak, but overall it is quite sweet, with that caramel apple note lingering longest. — Overall, this makes for quite a sweet, corn syrup like bourbon that is soft on the palate, and well balanced by all the sweetest elements of oak wood maturation, with only enough light spice to keep it interesting. —//— Bourbon Mark: 8548.15 CAD per Bottle

On the nose is rich sweet caramel toffee, floral vanilla, oak wood, smoky barrel char and a touch of spice with hints of lemon citrus, peppermint, cherry candy, candied ginger and cola. - To the palate it is warm wood, sweet toffee, vanilla bean, cherry candy, barrel char, ginger root, sweet corn, black pepper and buttery salted caramel with hints of herbs, flowers and soft black licorice candy. - The finish has a nice, smoky, toasted oak flavour that lingers with that rich, sweet, peppery spice. — The longer this sits in the glass, the more I get out of it! With a splash of water it gets a touch sweeter, more herbal and floral on the nose, then more oily on the palate with a touch more citrus, lemon pepper towards the finish. —//— Bourbon Mark: 9239.95 CAD per Bottle

On the nose is sweet caramel, vanilla and oak with a hint of candied ginger and subtle spices. - To the palate it is very bold and spicy, with a powerful alcoholic kick. Sticky brown sugar, black pepper corns, vanilla bean and fresh ginger with a hint of herbal mint. - The finish has some smoky charcoal, tobacco, dark chocolate, sweet corn and lingering warm oak with pepper. — Adding some water chases out some cherry candy aromas, and cola flavours on the palate, as well as shifting the pepper note to coarse ground black pepper. The finish becomes more dry, however, but with time in the glass, the rich sweetness returns. —//— Bourbon Mark: 8633.5 CAD per Bottle
