    Aroma is wood and banana. Pretty sweet. Flavor is an excellent balance of the aroma, I taste both banana and oak. Good burn from the proof, a little on the thinner side. Good tail though, lingers for a bit. Banana isn't my favorite whiskey flavor but it's certainly unique and fairly rare.

    Sweet smoky aroma, faint pear. Flavor is lighter than expected. The peat is on top of a light barley sweetness. It's pretty thin and light, like a more tame laphroaig. Almost no tail, disappears pretty quickly. Great balance though.

    Dark and complex aroma. Maybe chocolate? The flavor is dark and chocolatey, pretty rich. There might be wood buried in there too. The tail spreads, and finishes with coffee beans. Reminds me so much of chocolate covered espresso beans. Absolutely wonderful.

    Light smoke aroma, smells like a blend of peat and char. Flavor is mostly light floral peat, a little bit of campfire comes in on the tail. Pretty rich and creamy, tail lingers a bit. More wood would have balanced it excellently.

    Super distinct aroma, sweet but in a way I can't place. Rich and syrupy flavor, the sweetness is a little herbal. Reminds me of benedictine. Benedictine and oak. Bit of a pleasant botanical bite on the tail, overall nice.

    Super light Aroma, smells like banana bread and waffle cone. Amazing flavor, the burn and the wood go well together. Lighter wood, tastes really high proof, but some of that bakery flavor in on the tail, which is longer than expected from the medium body. Clear and interesting flavors.

    Aroma faintly of wheat spice. At first on the tongue pretty mellow, but then the tail slowly opens into a tingling spice that builds over the finish. Love the blossoming that happens on the tail , super cool. Oak flavor before the wheat.

    Deep complex aroma, subtle sweetness. Super aggressive flavor, blend of molasses and barrel burn, super oaky. Love how strong it is, has a bit of richness to balance the burn as well. One of those liquid fire whiskies, love it.

    Similar complex aroma to the hokkaido, but sweeter. Cane sugar. Sweet scotch type flavor on the palate, sweetness is darker than the aroma, closer to maple syrup or caramel. Medium light body, longer tail that lets the sweetness linger. Same long tail as the other bainbridge whiskies.

    Deep aroma, beer is present but I don't know beer well enough to ID it. Explosion of flavor, super fiery and spicy. Caramel, porter, and burn, all blended together. Medium rich, medium tail, spice and porter flavors linger the longest. The depth here makes it so enjoyable. Excellently done.
