    Oak wood on the nose, with really subtle vanilla bean. Vanilla bean flavor, very sweet and rich. Some light spice, with a sharp tail. Lemon or something strong, not unpleasant. Gets better the more I sip it.

    Same aroma and similar flavors to the Coldfoot just without the smoke. A little less complex but still incredibly enjoyable. Extra spice on the tail, beautifully rich

    Deep musty aroma I can't quite place. Incredibly rich flavor, oily and woody. Mild molasses sweetness, subtle spice, touch of smoke on the tail. Flavors are a journey. Absolutely lovely.

    Barley pear aroma, or sharp apple. Rich and sweet, gentle spice underneath the fruit. Kind of a dessert whiskey for me tastes like spiced apple pie filling.

    Fruity aroma l, quite strong. I get pear and white grape. Body is medium, fruit flavor at first but then a rush of spice on the back end. Spice quickly overtakes everything, good flavors but a little harsh on the tail for me. A little too much abv for the richness. Some sea salt too.

    Smells like an intense highland scotch. Flavor is a classic fruity sweetness with some wood spice and abv on the tail. Tail is shorter than I expected.

    A touch harsh, but has good oak spice flavor with some sweetness. More sugar cane than caramel for me. A little simple, but strong competitor at it's price point.

    Smells absolutely heavenly. Tons of honey sweetness. Beautiful barley honey hit on the tongue, fruity but deep and rich. Textbook scotch taste, well blended and balanced. Barrel comes in on the tail, spicy and powerful. Nothing weird or original, but a quintessential highland single barrel. Wonderful.

    Oak and proof on the nose. Getting more alcohol than anything else. Classic single barrel four roses, major hit of caramel fire. Barrel spice, black pepper, tons of abv burn. I like high proof barrel strength whiskies but it's a bit much. Well done, but off balance. Blackwell Spirits selection

    Same rich fruity aroma with wood, deep and complex. Flavor is the perfected version of the 18, fruit and vanilla dominating, oak and citrus underneath. Apple from before but with orange or lemon. Perfectly rich, long tingling tail from barrel and proof. Wonderful.
