Molasses and heaven on the nose. Smells fantastic. Flavor is deep peat, with an underlying sweetness. Oily, rich, mild spice, but just perfect briny smoke from the Ardbeg finish. Magnificent. Almost a little too sweet and rich to drink for too long.

All rye on the nose. Super grain forward, very flavorful but pretty much just the one overpowering flavor. Go for the cask strength one instead of you want more balance and depth.

Deep beautiful spicy smell. Rye hit is mild, medium rich and incredibly well balanced. Some sweetness before alcohol kick at the end. One of the better ryes I've had.

Grassy cereal aroma, incredibly strong. Excellent body, super strong vanilla flavor. Sweet, almost cloying. Definitely not lacking in flavor but could use balance.

Beautiful rye aroma with what I expect is the Pinot underneath. Beautiful balance, beautiful flavors. Deep, winey, rye spice and tannins compliment each other so well. Best rye I've ever had.

Musty aroma, super weird and earthy. Herbal, like clove or some dried herb. Mostly wood on the tongue, dark and aged. Bright pepper tail, almost estringent. Flavorful, medium body but tail carries further than expected. Well crafted.

Syrupy strong aroma, like frosting or cake. Sweet vanilla kick to the face, very creamy. Dessert in a glass. The vanilla fades into the oak and Chardonnay tail, carries that wine flavor for a while.

Toffee and molasses. Dark and sweet. Apricot or peach. Good proof hit, flavor peaks in the middle them fades again which is kinda weird. Wood and more molasses. Good balance with flavor and body, definitely a slow sipper.

Dried cereal grain aroma. Deep and musty. Thin, flavors, body feels okay but has a sour thin flavor. Jasmine is a unique touch, but still fell flat.
