    Honey, spice, and a hint of smoke on the nose. Smooth honey with some spice on the palate. A nice honey and oak finish with a bit of smoke at the end.

    It has potential for complexity, but it's not there yet. Would like to try it aged longer. Apple, raisins, and notes of almond on the nose. The palate is soft, almost watery, with notes of caramel and raisins. A mid level finish of raisins and spice.
