Dusty peanuts light oil. Peanut brittle, baking spice and black pepper finish a bit less than OTHER Booker's releases. Coconut & long chewy dark caramel. Later in the glass some chocolate notes. Ronnie's Batch is mandatory to have water. Not as epic as other releases but still wonderful.

Delicious. Like warm rum soaked banana bread. Warming and not hot. Big mouthfeel with lots of depth. Will look for this one. Lovely

Omg. This is just glorious. So close to a perfect 5. (I reserve the right to round up later). This is that all natural peanut butter that has the oil on top and you have to mix it. But you don't mix all the way and that perfect peanut flavor just gloriously lays on your tongue. Then the perfect spice kicks in with warming cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Hints of chocolate round it our. The finish is long and deep. A moment of fleeting coffee. And the oily peanut notes just linger and make you smile.

Really good. Oily & rich. Deep & warming. Chocolate, brown sugar and deep dark caramel. Coffee notes. Everything dark and glorious. Dates, figs. Delicious.

Sitting in the Bourbon Bar @ the Old Talbott Inn, located in Bardstown, KY. Someone asked the bartender if they have Kentucky Par 12 year. Hmm, never heard of it... The heck with it, I'll order it. ($15 pour where I see bottle for sale for $144). Sure I'm in. Damn, it's good. Really nice. Some orange peel on nose with hints of the caramel to come. Mouth feel is down right oily and that's a compliment from me. Sugar Daddy, depth of caramel for those who remember. Deep brown sugar. ... I'm afraid to add water as you can't go back. But I will try soon.. Oh man, don't be afraid.. Brings it to life even more. Greater depth and a kick of warming winter spice... Man this is growing on me. A great find. Warming hug... Love it

Canned corn, candied corn & Marshmallow in flavor not my favorite expression of EJ 3 drops of water add to both spice & sweetness.

Cherry & Banana on nose & palate. A Bourbon where 3 drops of water are mandatory. Opens up quite nicely.. Brown sugar comes out as well.

Just beautiful. Sitting at the Distillery in Kentucky. High spice and warming. Dark brown sugar, caramel and all the spices. Big warming hug without being hot. Special to have

Good. It's fine. But it's watery, not light. It's bland, not balanced. Some mint, some vanilla Proofed way too far down. The Harvest version is very good and I bought a bottle. This Nope.

The second best of the line at Preservation. Stick with the higher proof items here. Lots of stone fruit here, including peach. Herbaceous with lots of spice and a good deal of vanilla. A good whiskey.. But the bottle was $200. No way. Sorry.
