Vanilla, grain and almond notes. Really too light in flavor and body for a 100 proof. Not much finish

Coconut, vanilla, mint & black pepper. But mostly thin & watery. Proofed down way too much.

I am so happy to have had a chance to enjoy this gem. Booker's is my jam. So amazing. This is just fantastic. Spicy peanut butter cream, light smoke and toasted notes like toasted bread. Perfect Kentucky hug. Few drops of water enhance the spice. Lovely lovely

Cinnamon, vanilla and orange peel. Very Creamy and almost oily (which I love) Orangsicle flavor on the finish. Several drops of water really open this up. I think it's necessary here. More citrus floral and white pepper.

OK, so regular Seagrass is quite possibly my favorite Rye. For this version, there has been a bottle of this at a nearby store for $300. So far, I've resisted buying it. In Louisville and our hotel bar has it. I'm in... Delicious... I like the standard version better. There, I typed it. It's wonderful as you'll see by my score. But I'll defer back to the standard bottle. This is more like canned peaches and the accompanying syrup. More honey notes. Seagrass is phenomenal, this is amazing... So I don't want this to read as a negative review

Not a lot here to be honest. Watery. When you consider the price..... I'm glad I tried it as part of a tasting. Nothing technically wrong. Just nothing really right.

There was a slightly medicinal flavor that I could never overcome to get this into the great category. Was very good.. High spice with dark brown sugar and/or deep dark caramel. Herbaceous notes. Almost a funky yeasty flavor... Glad I tried, as I'll try anything Knob Creek..

Some banana and almond in the Aroma. Stone fruit as well. The flavor is vanilla, touch of banana and Creamy. Several drops of water are mandatory here. Brought out some spice notes and a lovely nutty flavor. Still this is good, but doesn't reach the levels of greatness.

Yeah, I just pinned a "5" on this one. It's the second time I've been thunderstruck by OF BIB. Not sure how things get better than this. Strawberry vanilla cream with a kick of spice including cinnamon and clove. Added a drop of water to a side pour as I didn't want to risk the glass. Good choice. No water necessary. Takes away the heady Aroma and the front fruit punch. Spice kicks up. Maple notes from time to time with lovely dark brown sugar and oak. Just spectacular

Was so fruity on the start it was crazy. Brown Sugar, red fruit in Aroma with flavor of the fruit and cinnamon. Body is slightly oily. Very good. Added two drops of water. Gave it a bit of a fireball vibe as it amped the spice. Body was not helped by this (just 2 drops) as it lost some of the lovely oily texture. Don't add water here.
