Definitely earthy, cereally, barley, funky, floral. Kinda like straight whiskey taste

Very very smooth and sweet. At the Myrtle Beach airport so not the best tasting scenario, but definitely get vanilla, caramel, and oak. Would definitely buy a bottle.

Sour mash bills seem like the hefeweisens or even the sour ales of the whiskey world. It is very smooth without any bight, but it's kind of the "hard candy" flavor profile of whiskey

No help from YouTube or Distiller so I'm on my own. Nose - immediate sense of bright sweetness like peach, dried apricots, and buttered sweet corn, with a development of rye spices, and slight hint of tobacco or oak? Palette - immediate hit of that sweet corn followed by a transition to darker flavors like sweet Caribbean rum, then straight molasses and burnt sugar. Finish - rye spice and smokey oak. Overall - very complex blend of sweet, dark, and spice, and very smooth! Would love to have more of this.

Very being out at a bar with a bit/bloody tongue and after a mix of beers and whiskeys...this is an incredibly smooth and sweet and slightly complex bourbon. I would love to get a bottle of this.

Not my favorite basic bourbon. Heavy on the barley, which leads to a fruity/citrus note and alcohol burn.

Not a big fan. The flavor profile doesn't capture much of the quintessential rye profile.

It's true what they say, Japanese whiskey is very similar to Irish whiskey. Very smooth, with floral, citrus, and spice notes.
