One of the better bourbons

Maybe top 5 Irish whiskeys I have ever had. Nose is weak but the palate goes into Scotland. Smooth taste with grassy notes and ending with mild bourbon sweetness. The finish disappears quickly.

Nose is light smoke. Don't bury your nose or you'll burn it out, like I just did. The palate is intense...charcoal and grilled meat fill the senses. The finish is delicious that rolls back to the throat for a long time.

It's been a long wait for a 5 star. I feel that I have mastered peated scotch with this one and enjoyed it! Grilled steak on the nose. A relaxing, intimate sexual assault on the palate. The finish is long and strong and dying to get the friction on...

Better end of the bourbon spectrum... honey, brown sugar and tart apples. The 107 proof is a plus to lengthen the finish. But, yet again, another overrated bourbon 🤨

I got everything except char and smoke. This is flat and very uninteresting. Gets the rating for smoothness and the finish lingers, pleasantly.
