Instant peat smoke. Burnt ends in a glass. Almost zero bite. First sip is heavy on the smoke. Second sip becomes velvety smooth. Incredibly oily. There’s a sweetness that hits that is borderline candy/brown sugar. All time great

All classic bourbon notes. A lot of vanilla, caramel, spices like Cinnamon MAYBE pepper. Mouth feel is heavy almost like a cream. Rare breed has a serious bite to it. Very fun bourbon to drink

Started with fresh hay turned into something sweeter for me pretty quick A lot of spices. Kinda like a clove, cinnamon, maybe black pepper? Added water Become lighter and more Caramel instead of heavy in the spice

Walnut instantly Maybe a slight dark chocolate Definitely a brine smoke but getting close to a bbq The sweetness underneath it all was some sort of melon for me
