Excellent! I tasted this blind and mistook it for Irish. Smooth and creamy with lots of raisin or fig. Quite rich. Here's the problem. Side-by-side with cheaper Scotch, this will not match its price tag.

Top 5 for me. It's pricey but worth it. Full, complex, lots of vanilla and chocolate. Just a hint of spice and a long finish. Fantastic!

Definitely an interesting Rye. It has character. Spicy with some vanilla. One of the first Rye's I'd say I pick up cocoa.

If you are a WT101 fan, then this is a matured version of that. Generally the same flavour profile, but more complex. I generally feel like Rare Breed is the better top shelf, but this is good.
