Notes of cinnamon, red apple & caramel on the nose. Initial sip is sweet featuring the same caramel notes from the nose up front and evolving into apple notes on the mid palate. Finish is short with notes of baking spices and pepper.

Nose is rich and sweet with notes of chocolate, caramel, raisin and a hint of citrus. Palate is predominately caramel up front with some chocolate notes. As palate evolves I get some oak funk, pepper and cinnamon. Finish has some heat and dryness that lasts for a medium length.

Nose is sweet with notes of vanilla, caramel, apple, citrus and cinnamon dominating. Butterscotch and vanilla are prominent on the front palate. Palate evolves to an oaky and cinnamon profile, before finishing with a leathery and drying note that lasts for a short length.

Nose is rich and full of chocolate and roasted peanuts with a hint of cinnamon. Front of the pallet is predominantly chocolate with some some vanilla. As the pallet evolves I get the peanut note from the nose. The finish brings some notes of espresso. There is spice and heat that brings a drying quality to the finish that lingers for a long length.

Nose is rich and sweet. Get notes of vanilla, caramel, fudge and some hints of peanut, raisin and all spice. Palate is initially heavily vanilla and caramel. Also get the peanut notes toward the mid-palate. Finish brings heat and spice. The finish has an oaky and leathery note with a drying quality that lasts for a long time.

Aromas of vanilla and oak dominate the nose. Also get some underlying caramel and subtle hints of cinnamon. Palate has sweet caramel notes up front, red apple and a salty quality. Midpalate has oak notes that leads to a long peppery finish with some dryness and heat.

Initial note I got on the nose was a medical cherry, like a cough syrup or cough drop. Eventually more traditional notes of caramel and vanilla appeared on the nose. Also got some cinnamon and orange. Palate is very traditional with caramel and vanilla dominating up front. Midpalate is reminiscent of the toffee peanuts in a box of Crunch and Munch. Finish has some oakiness and a subtle spice and peppery quality that is relatively short.

Nose is predominately orange and rye spice. There are also some notes of vanilla, cinnamon and apple. Palate is a little thin with just some sweet vanilla notes up front. Midpalate dominates the flavor profile with heavy notes of rye spice and oak. Finish is peppery with quite a bit of spice and heat.

Nose is full of aromas of red apple, caramel and vanilla. There is also a hint of raisin. Nose translates to the palate with flavors of caramel and vanilla on the initial sip. Red apple notes appear on the mid-palate. Finish has some pepper and oaky bitterness that is drying and lasts for a short length.

Nose has notes of cherry candy, caramel, vanilla and a bit of cinnamon. Palate is light and sweet with a thin mouth feel. Caramel and vanilla are the primary notes I get on the front of the palate. As the palate evolves I get a subtle apple note that gives way to an oakiness that dominates through to the finish. The oaky finish is short overall and provides a little bitterness and dryness.
