Brown sugar, caramel and marshmellow notes are prominent on the nose. Some more subtle hints of orange citrus notes, vanilla and nuttiness also appear. Ethanol notes are also present on nose when going too deep. Intial sip is sweet, full of caramel and vanilla. Mid-palate gives way to a toasted oak and a spicy heat. Long finish that is drying and presents notes of dark chocolate and espresso.

Nose is simple, sweet and pleasant. Get some scents of red apple peel, peach and cinnamon. Initial sip features the same apple and peach notes from the nose. Mid-palate brings in some bitter woody notes. Heat ramps up with some hints of cinnamon candy and pepper as the taste evolves into a medium finish.

Aromas of chocolate, caramel, nuts, vanilla and cinnamon are present on the nose. Palate is surprisingly sweet and tame for the proof point. Flavors are rich and the initial sip has notes of vanilla, cherry and chocolate. As the palate evolves some of the nutiness and cinnamon from the nose appear. Heat and spice kicks in on the finish. Finish has a drying quality that lingers for a long length.

Nose is sweet and pleasant. Primarily get notes of banana, nuts and brown sugar. Sweet palate that is a little thin. Notes from the nose are present on the palate with the addition of some spicy and bitter wood notes as the taste evolves. Finish lingers for a short length.

Nose is soft, sweet and pleasant featuring a general buttery note as well as shortbread cookies, vanilla and honey. Palate is sweet, light and well rounded. Front of the palate features a lot of vanilla and honey from the nose. Flavor evolves to buttery notes and has a very mild bitterness and spice on the finish.

Vanilla, cherry and caramel are the dominant notes I get on the nose. Also some underlying hints of cinnamon and raisin. Notes of vanilla and caramel on the nose are present in the initial sip. Bitter notes of dark chocolate and an oakiness appear on the mid-palate. Finish has a pepper note and slight amount of heat that lasts for a short period of time.

Notes of cinnamon candy and caramel appear early on the nose. Also get a scent as I go back that's reminiscent of honey butter. First sip is sweet with notes of caramel and cherry. Taste evolves on mid palate with a dark chocolate note and the buttery note that appeared on the nose. Finishes with some heat and drying notes of pepper and leather that lasts for a medium length.

Nose is dominated by sweet notes of grass and hay. Some subtle hints of apple, raisin and citrus appear along with a touch of caramel. Initial sip is sweet with flavors of caramel and butterscotch. Flavor evolves into an oaky note that has some bitterness and brings back the grassy and hay note from the nose on the finish. Good amount of heat that lingers for a long finish. Not the typical flavor profiles you expect from a bourbon, but still an interesting and enjoyable drinking experience.

Nose has hints of caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and just a slight bit of banana. Initial sip features butterscotch and vanilla notes. Mid-palate features some maple and a lot of oaky flavors. Oak notes linger into the finish, which also features some alcohol and bitterness.

Banana, raisin and caramel are the dominant notes on the nose. Also get an underlying ethanol note. Front palate is full of caramel. Banana notes come through on the mid-palate. Finish is medium length and has notes of spicy pepper and oak.
