First sip is sweet with notes of caramel and cherry. Taste evolves on mid palate with a dark chocolate note and the buttery note that appeared on the nose. Initial sip is sweet with flavors of caramel and butterscotch. Flavor evolves into an oaky note that has some bitterness and brings back the grassy and hay note from the nose on the finish.
