Tastes

Initial note I got on the nose was a medical cherry, like a cough syrup or cough drop. Eventually more traditional notes of caramel and vanilla appeared on the nose. Also got some cinnamon and orange. Palate is very traditional with caramel and vanilla dominating up front. Midpalate is reminiscent of the toffee peanuts in a box of Crunch and Munch. Finish has some oakiness and a subtle spice and peppery quality that is relatively short.

Nose is predominately orange and rye spice. There are also some notes of vanilla, cinnamon and apple. Palate is a little thin with just some sweet vanilla notes up front. Midpalate dominates the flavor profile with heavy notes of rye spice and oak. Finish is peppery with quite a bit of spice and heat.

Nose is full of aromas of red apple, caramel and vanilla. There is also a hint of raisin. Nose translates to the palate with flavors of caramel and vanilla on the initial sip. Red apple notes appear on the mid-palate. Finish has some pepper and oaky bitterness that is drying and lasts for a short length.

Nose has notes of cherry candy, caramel, vanilla and a bit of cinnamon. Palate is light and sweet with a thin mouth feel. Caramel and vanilla are the primary notes I get on the front of the palate. As the palate evolves I get a subtle apple note that gives way to an oakiness that dominates through to the finish. The oaky finish is short overall and provides a little bitterness and dryness.

Nose is sweet with notes of caramel and brown sugar. Fruity notes like strawberry and apple are also highly prevalent. Palate is sweet up front, full of caramel and vanilla. As the taste evolves there are some hints of apple on the midpalate, but those disappear to predominantly oak and cinnamon notes. Finish has a pepper and bitter oak note that lingers for a medium to long length.

Nose has notes of banana, vanilla, caramel and some floral aspects. Also get a strange glue note at the backend of the nose. Notes of banana and vanilla are present on initial sip. Flavor evolves to caramel and bitter oakiness on the midpalate. Finish is medium and has a hint of leather and a salty characteristic.

Nose is rich and sweet bringing through notes of brown sugar, vanilla, oak and banana. I also get a hint of marshmallow on the nose. Palate is sweet up front with notes of butterscotch, caramel and vanilla. Mid-palate evolves into an oakiness. Finish features some cinnamon, pepper and leather that subtly lingers for a medium length.

Nose is pleasant with notes of chocolate, caramel and coffee. Also pick up hints of maple and cherry. Notes from the nose are present on the palate. Get a good amount of chocolate and caramel up front with a touch of vanilla. Mid-palate presents maple notes that evolve into coffee and a leathery note on the finish. Finish is fairly long with those coffee notes reappearing sporadically.

Nose is full of peach, vanilla, caramel and oak. Some subtle hints of raisin and apple also appear. Palate is very similar to the nose with notes of vanilla right up front. Caramel is present as well, but flavor evolves to that peach note on the mid-palate. Finish is fairly short and has an oaky quality that also presents some cinnamon spice to the mix.

Nose came off pretty flat with subtle notes of caramel, vanilla and raisin. Palate starts off with a lot of vanilla and evolves to a bitter oakiness. Finish is short to medium and has notes of rye and leather.
